About the Sheffield City Region Urban Development Fund
Sheffield City Region has created a number of funding initiatives applicable to growth and regeneration projects across the region. The latest is the £23m SCR JESSICA Fund (SCRUDF) which will invest in South Yorkshire infrastructure and property projects.

What is JESSICA?
The Joint European Support for Sustainable Investment in City Areas is a 'financial instrument' created by the European Union to enable European Funds to be invested rather than granted to development projects, to encourage economic development.

CBRE are the appointed agents and are now looking for all projects that require finance to help them proceed by providing development and construction finance via the fund.

The breakfast event will be opened by James Newman, Chairman of the SCR Local Enterprise Partnership, who will outline the priorities and opportunities for the City Region, with discussions on where SCRUDF fits into the wider SCR Investment Fund and how it will operate.
There will also be a 'meet the fund manager' session with CBRE to explore how your project can access other associated funding sources across the Sheffield City Region.

When: Friday 26th April, 8.30am to 10am (light refreshments provided)
Where: The AMP Technology Centre, Advanced Manufacturing Park, Brunel Way, Catcliffe, Rotherham, S60 5WG To register your attendance, please email AnnMarie.Salter@cbre.com
